Spa Policies


APPOINTMENTS
ABSOLUTELY NO WALK INS. Clients are seen by-appointment only.

BOOKING POLICY
A 50% deposit of requested services is required to schedule an appointment. Please Note: there is a 
$100 penalty for no-call, no-shows and/or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled consultation appointment. 

CONSULTATIONS
All consultations are $50, of which, $25 credited to your services; However, there is a $100 penalty for no-call, no-shows and/or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled consultation appointment. 
Please Note: If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation. Cancellation Fees still apply.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original cost of the treatment.

LATENESS
Please plan to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that all treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush or cut corners.

LIMITATIONS
We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.

REFUNDS
All treatments and products are non-refundable. Results are not guaranteed. 

TAXES
Tax is included in the cost of the services.

TIPPING
Tipping is customary but not necessary. Tips usually average 10 - 20% of treatment price. These can be given in cash or charged to a credit card. All tips are very much appreciated and go directly to your Specialist.
